Orders placed before 12:00pm PST ship the same business day, pending payment verification and stock availability. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
Internet orders are accepted around the clock, but fulfillment happens during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PST). Placing an order does not guarantee that every item is in stock — if something you ordered is unavailable, we'll reach out by email.
We're unable to modify or cancel an order once it's been placed, so please double-check sizes and shipping details at checkout.
Ground shipping typically arrives within 1–6 business days depending on destination. Expedited options (2-Day and Next-Day Air) are available at checkout for an additional cost and must be placed before 12:00pm PST to ship same day; Next-Day orders arrive by end of the following business day (Saturdays and Sundays excluded).
Free Ground Shipping is included on U.S. orders over $79. Oversized items may be excluded from this promotion — exclusions, if any, are noted on the product page.
We ship to P.O. Boxes via standard mail carriers. DuoLupo is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery, particularly when signature confirmation was not selected. We're also not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or unusually high shipping volume, and shipping charges are non-refundable in those cases.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International customers outside these regions should reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to help arrange a solution. Canadian orders may be subject to a minimum order value and applicable customs/duties charged by the destination country.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout — codes missed at the time of purchase can only be honored as store credit, not a refund, so please double check the promo field before completing your order.
