Chest: lay the garment flat and measure straight across, one inch below the armhole, then double it.
Body Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder seam straight down to the bottom hem.
Sleeve: measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

Between sizes? Our fits run true-to-size with a relaxed, unisex cut — size down for a slimmer fit, or stick with your usual size for room to layer.
